Manufacturing overview
Cutting department
We use the Lectra automatic cutting system for cutting of products. This ensures accurate, high-quality and fast cutting of the details stored in the system according to the models. The program allows you to quickly make the necessary changes in model details and optimize the use of materials.
Two cutters are used for cutting, one of which can cut materials up to 180 cm wide.
Sewing department
The sewing process is equipped with modern universal and special machines. Mainly from well-known sewing equipment manufacturers like Juki, Pfaff, Mauser Special and others. To ensure the quality and productivity of the seams, we use the necessary small mechanization tools.
We can make machine embroidery for various products on the embroidery machine.
Carts, shelves and bars used to organize workplaces come from our own specialists.
Filling department
The Mivar-Textile filling department has the necessary equipment for filling various soft products. We have the ability to fill pillows and mattresses with different filling materials:
– polyester fiber – both carded and ball fiber
– with foam flock, for which foam waste is used
– with different mixed fillings in different proportions: crushed foam flock/fibers, foam flock/feathers, cut foam "sticks" fiber
– with specially sized foam plate
Special equipment from Swedish, Italian, German and Chinese manufacturers is used to work with all the aforementioned filling materials.
